IntraLinks provides a temporary repository for financial documents so that companies can conduct due diligence during a major transaction. After 7 years of business, IntraLinks was planning an IPO and needed to launch a new brand to mark the event. We sucessfully created a full indentity system with a new logo and a new website ahead of schedule and in time for the IPO.
